Who Are Platform Operations:
Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you are the first point of contact on all revenue delivery for the International offices. Currently located out of London for EMEA and Sydney and Aukland for APAC, Sales and Account Management teams will rely on you to ensure smooth efficient delivery of both direct (DFP) and programmatic campaigns/deals across Kargo's range of premium mobile web inventory. Over time support will be introduced to the Sydney office for APAC however to start with you will oversee all operational delivery of programmatic campaigns and direct sold media.
The Platform Operations team are a global team supporting the delivery of booked campaigns and deals. The responsibility of the team is to ensure that all revenue is converted and seen within Kargo, so that we hit office and company revenue targets for the quarter and then year. The team monitor all live campaigns on a daily basis and offer suggestions to improve delivery or efficiently optimize to gain the best response and have the highest chance of gaining incremental revenue.
