Sales Planning Coordinator

Media-Planning Expert:

  • Assist in customizing, refining, and building media-plans in response to advertiser requests
  • Show strategic thinking to ensure the media plans pitched will work towards the client’s confirmed key KPI’s
  • Become an expert on all pricing updates and mediplan templates
  • Seek innovative and creative solutions to merge client’s objectives with inventory avails
  • Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process
  • Assist in inventory & revenue management of publisher clients

Cross-departmental Champion:

  • Work closely with internal teams and fosters strong relationships with Account Management, Sales, Research, Pub Account Management and Inventory Management to make sure objectives are aligned
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and makes recommendation on how to address. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Assist management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement

What You Bring to Kargo:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally on the agency or publisher side (or within an ad technology company)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • A strong knowledge of ad products, ad serving capabilities, philosophies and drawbacks
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Passionate, hard-working, self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Excel and PPT
