IT Project Manager

Kargo is looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager to join our growing Product Development team. You will be working closely with Engineers, Product and QA in a fast-paced environment to support and deliver products to our clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and deliverables.
  • Work with the Engineering team to understand architecture and implementation details.
  • Lead daily SCRUMs and help remove any impediments the team is facing.
  • Setup and manage Sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Assist Product Owners in executing the Product Roadmap.
  • Work across project teams to manage dependencies.
  • Facilitate communications on status and risks of projects.
  • Work closely with QA lead to manage QA timelines, defects and priorities.
  • Facilitate the resolution of project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Help troubleshoot and manage Production issues as needed.
  • Continually help improve internal development and QA processes.
  • At a team level, help put in place the appropriate processes, technology and coaching team if needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or similar preferred.
  • 1-3 years of IT project management experience in an agile environment.
  • Good understanding of Ad Technology (Ad serving, Ad rendering, Ad tags etc.) is preferred.
  • CSM certificate preferred
